I enjoy walking along with you in a supervisory process, especially when you are working in a ecclesiastical, psycho-social or educational job or when you are in a leading function.
As in psychotherapy and in the couseling of couples my supervision is based on the integrative procedure. In a supervisory process you and I analyse together your working situation. I help you to optimize your work, to develop your personal, social and professional skills and performance and to increase the efficency of the institution you are working for.
Religious and psychotherapeutical questions can be included if required.
It is my experience that the costs for supervision are covered to a great part by the employer.
