About myself

About myself

Mysticism is the topic of my life. I studied reformed theology in Bern, Zurich and Munich, explored the Gospel of John and as a research fellow at the NCC in Kyoto, Japan, the Japanese Zen Buddhism. After getting my THD I was a professor in New Testament Studies and Greek in Lima, Peru. I integrated this rich experience when I founded Ritual Art in 1996.

Since then, I have continued developing Ritual Art as a way of cultivating Christian mysticism. In 2002 I graduated in integrative psychotherapy FPI and included this procedure in Ritual Art. In addition to my engagement in Ritual Art I have been working as a minister of the reformed church in Wabern since 1997. It is a joy to see the synergies that emerge between Ritual Art and my ministery. For 8 years I was head minister of my church community and representative of the ministers in the council of the community. This job offered me the chance of observing the interaction between the different partners and of contributing to this process.

The practice of Ritual Art is the center of my own life. It includes the daily practice of physical exercises, silent meditation as well as the searching for and discovering of mysticism on my violin.
