As in psychotherapy and in the couseling of couples my supervision is based on the integrative procedure. In a supervisory process you and I analyse together your working situation. I help you to optimize your work, to develop your personal, social and professional skills and performance and to increase the efficency of the institution you are working for.<\/p>\n
Religious and psychotherapeutical questions can be included if required.<\/p>\n
It is my experience that the costs for supervision are covered to a great part by the employer.<\/p>\n
